Stringaio is a combination of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, separately vinificated, fermented in oak casks and maturated 12 months in barriques. It has an intensive ruby-red colour and a persistent bouquet of cherries and blackberries joint with smooth vanilla fragrance. The taste is sapid, with good harmony thanks to the presence of the sweet tannins.
