Ison is created by the use of fermented San Giovese grapes with controlled temperature using the Martinotti method. Bright rosé color with fine and long-lasting perlage, with scents of cherry and red fruit, spicy nuances, harmonic , persistent with a delicate acidity and notes of bread crust; it pairs well with shellfish, fish soups and salami.
