• Final cleannings: € 50.00 to pay at the departure in hotel
• Extra bed or sofa bed or cot to add on request €50 per week

• Telephone expences: € 0.15
• Change set of linen: € 20.00 per person
• Use of the laundry or dryer: € 20.00
• Additional cleanning upon request: € 30.00

Kindly note: the stay of children under 3 years is free of charge and baby-cots are provided upon request.

Cancellation policy 2017/2018

• for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival the deposit can be used for future stays within 12 months.
• for cancellations made in less time there will be no refund.
• the bookkeeper who has paid the confirmatory deposit has the right to give it to someone else under the same reservation conditions.
• the reservation is a contract so any change in the arrival / departure dates must always be reconciled with the management.
• no refund will be made in case of early departure.

Booking and cancellation policy

To confirm the reservation we ask for a 50% deposit through bank money transfer or a valid credit card.
